Joe is a longtime resident of Mission, walking to school at both Rushton Elementary and Shawnee Mission North. After high school, he attended the University of Southern California where he received a degree in Psychology and The Economics of Finance while also starting the first of many successful businesses.

Joe moved back to the Kansas City area to be closer to family and help with the family business, a pest control business that’s operated in Mission since the late 1980’s. Here, he met his wife Chelsey, a Cardiac Nurse Practitioner, and they now have two sons.

Joe cares deeply about the city of Mission, and views a position on the city council as a duty and public service.
